12-13 oz. polyester, nylon, and lycra fleece, with one flat knit side and one velour side. It is designed to wear the flat side out and have the soft fuzzy side against the skin to retain warmth. The fabric is high wicking to move moisture away from the skin and has an antimicrobial finish to help prevent odor retention. It has the same features as a regular Powerstretch, but denser and blocks the wind better. (slightly less stretchy)
